Mediterranean Spiced Burgers
1 lb. ground meat (lamb, beef, or turkey)
1/2 c. packed fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed with press
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tsp. curry powder
4 buns, toasted
Feta cheese, crumbled, for serving
1 sm. red onion, sliced and grilled
Cilantro, for serving
Heat grill to medium-high. Mix ground meat, cilantro, garlic, and coriander until just combined.
Form into 4 patties (about 1/2 inch thick); sprinkle with salt. Grill burgers 8 to 10 minutes (for medium), turning once halfway through.
Stir together ketchup and curry powder. Serve burgers on buns with curry ketchup. Garnish with 2 tablespoon feta cheese, red onion, and cilantro, if desired.
