Can I Turn in my FMNP checks into EBT tokens?

NO. These checks must be used to purchase New York State grown produce only. They may not be used for other commodities that the tokens may be used for.

Can I use my EBT card at the CNY Regional Market?

Yes. You may use your EBT card to purchase tokens at our Market Office located in the "A" Shed that may be used with vendors that are enrolled in the program. Tokens may be used to purchase various items including but not limited to meats, cheese, eggs, produce, bread and baked goods. They may not be used to purchase food that is meant to be eaten on site, for example, hot dogs, pizza or sandwiches.

What are your hours?

Office Hours: Monday – Sunday 8:00am – 4:30pm

Scales: 24 hours 7 days a week

Saturday Farmers Market 7am-2pm year round
Sunday Flea Market 7am-2pm year round
Thursday Farmers Market 7am-2pm May-November

What do I need to become a vendor?

General Liability Insurance (a minimum of $1,000,000.00 of General Liability Insurance, each occurrence. CNYRMA needs to be listed as Additional Insured, Certificate Holder.

Where can I sign up for the Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP)?

For Seniors, please contact the Onondaga County Department of Aging and Youth. For WIC, please contact your WIC office.

Where can I use FMNP checks?

They can be use with approved farmers that are enrolled in the program. These vendors can be identified by signs on their stands stating that they accept FMNP Checks

Where is your Market located?

We are located at 2100 Park Street, Syracuse, NY 13208. We are near the Carousel Mall, the Regional Transportation Center and Alliance Bank Stadium.

Where or how can I find a specific vendor?

The Market has a policy of not giving any of our Vendor's information out. But, you can always call our office and we'll forward the vendor your message. During Market hours stop by our Market Office located in the "A" Shed for directions to a specific vendor on the market.
